Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Store Manager for our on-site location in Desborough. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintain an efficient and welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include managing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing sales performance, ensuring adherence to retail loss prevention standards, and maintaining store appearance. The Store Manager will work closely with the team to foster a positive shopping experience, meet business goals, and uphold the brand's commitment to quality and service.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating an excellent shopping experience.
* Proven experience in Store Management, including team leadership and operational efficiency.
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with staff and customers.
* Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members in a dynamic retail environment.
* Proficiency in inventory management, sales tracking, and store performance analysis.
* Familiarity with the lingerie or apparel market is a plus.
* Experience in managing and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards.
