This is a full-time role offering exposure to a wide range of private client matters, with a strong emphasis on client care and high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of private client matters, including: Wills and Will Writing Probate and Administration of Estates Trusts and Trust Administration Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection matters Deputyship applications and administration Estate and Care Fees Planning Charities work and associated legal matters Requirements Desirable Qualifications A STEP qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential. The firm offers full support and funding for candidates pursuing STEP certification. Candidate Requirements Solid experience and technical knowledge in private client work Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision independently Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach Professional appearance and confident client manner High standard of written and verbal communication Secretarial support is provided.
