Security and Fraud Technology Specialist
Location: Dundee (Hybrid) Grade: 13 Salary: £64,000 - £80,000 plus benefits and bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement physical security measures to protect cash and other assets within ATMs.
* Develop strategies and technologies to prevent cardholder fraud.
* Innovate and deploy devices to detect and prevent various forms of fraud.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of ATM systems.
* Ensure all security measures comply with industry standards and regulations.
* Identify future fraud and criminal trends and assist in the development of technical roadmaps.
* Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate security solutions into product designs.
* Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on security best practices.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Proven experience in a security‑conscious engineering environment.
* Strong knowledge of physical security, encryption technologies, and fraud prevention.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with ATM security systems.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to ATM security including EN and UL.
* Knowledge of PCI Standards and encryption methodologies.
* Knowledge of bank and credit card schemes.
