We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the CAF American Donor Fund (CADF) team as our Senior Manager, maternity cover, for a 15-month fixed term contract. CADF is the market leading Donor Advised Fund for dual US/UK tax payers, helping individuals who pay tax in both the USA and UK give to the charitable causes that they care about, and this role occupies a key leadership position within our team, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations and outstanding service for our clients.
What you’ll do

Reporting to our Head of CADF, you will manage our team of world class private client managers, working directly with UHNW clients to enable them to achieve their philanthropic goals, and to oversee our grant making to ensure that our charitable distributions are compliant with US and UK regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading philanthropists and at the forefront of the giving and impact space within the UK and USA. You will join CAF at an exciting time of growth, and during CAF’s landmark centenary year, putting you at the cutting edge of the philanthropy sector in the UK, USA and Canada.
As our Senior Manager – CADF you will:
* Lead the operations of CADF’s day to day work to support clients, ensuring that the team is adequately resourced and that strengths are focussed on key business needs.
* Responsible for the effective management and administration of high-level private client accounts within assigned portfolio. Mainly wealthy American donors living/working in the UK and wealthy British expats living/working in the USA
* Deliver projects that enable CADF to continue operating efficiently in order to deliver a world class service to clients
* Ensure that CADF’s Charity Verification function is compliant with regulations and world leading by overseeing the CADF team’s work with charitable beneficiaries and holding expert insight into USA/UK grant making regulations
* Support the implementation of the CADF business plan by working closely with the Head of CADF to identify and expand new opportunities
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working with high-net worth private clientsor have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:

* Outstanding relationship management and people skills
* Knowledge of the charitable sector in the UK and/or USA
