With a brilliant hands-on training program by the Managing Directors, you will learn from the best recruiters in the space.
People stay and work their way up through the company, with their top biller beginning as a grad, and is now doing a £2 million deal.
The Benefits Graduate Recruitment Consultant
1. Base salary of £27k with an increase to £32k after promotion
2. Quick progression as target based. Make 3 deals and get promoted. Most hit promotion within 6 months
3. 35% commission on top of the base salary
4. OTE in year £40k in year 1, £70k in year 2
5. Hybrid Work from home 1 day a week after promotion
6. 25 days paid holiday + 12 day office closure over Christmas
