Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Health & Safety Administrator to join our team and support the effective delivery of health and safety services across our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in health and safety administration, looking to grow their career within a dynamic, multi-disciplined environment.
About The Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support:
o Manage Health & Safety files
o Complete and maintain risk assessments
o Log incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up
o Handle day-to-day health and safety requirements
* Record-Keeping & Reporting:
o Maintain compliance and training trackers
o Generate regular reports
o Support with GDPR documentation
o Update fire safety and accident logs
* Training Coordination:
o Schedule training with external providers
o Maintain and update the training matrix
o Ensure certifications are up to date and correctly filed
* Team Support:
o Assist the Senior Health & Safety Advisor, Managers, and Directors
o Support system and documentation management
o Take part in inspections and Health & Safety Committee meetings
o Liaise with external contacts where required

Qualifications & Experience:
* Essential:
o NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
o Previous experience in a health and safety admin role, ideally within a large, multi-disciplined organisation
o Access to a car and a full, clean UK driving licence
o Ability to prioritize workload, communicate well, and handle confidential information appropriately.
* Desirable:
o Experience in sectors such as property, construction, or related fields
