* Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
Requirements
* Proven experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
* Demonstrated expertise in financial services and planning, with the ability to analyse complex data effectively.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance improvements.
* Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices in cost control.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred; professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA would be advantageous.
