What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join the team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will lead operational team functions, ensuring effective management of operational risk while maintaining data integrity. It is a permanent, full‑time role requiring four days a week in the office.
What will you do?
* Accountable for ensuring that procedures are maintained and adhered to, guaranteeing a high level of accuracy and the timely delivery of service in accordance with relevant Wealth Management Europe (WME) Operations procedures, standards and Service Level Agreements (where defined).
* Accountable for the review and sign‑off of departmental procedures in‑line with regulatory and audit requirements, while delivering on agreed timescales.
* Accountable for ensuring the timely and appropriate levels of escalation, as well as proactively supporting the resolution of risks and issues.
* Set a clear direction and purpose for operational team function aligned with group strategy.
* Accountable for ensuring personal and team member understanding and adherence to risk and control, policy frameworks specific to the role in WME Operations.
* Embed and drive a culture of simplification and innovation via continuous improvement within team(s) and working collaboratively with Operational Initiatives.
* Ensure the change portfolio is understood and adequately resourced from within the team to support the deliverables working collaboratively with Operations Initiatives.
