We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Liverpool. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.
What you’ll be doing
Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets
Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service
Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards
Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members
Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements
Ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented concession environment
About You
Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail
Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results
Confident, hands-on leader who leads by example
Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing experiences
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a department store/concession environment
Lead a premium kitchenware concession within Myer, part of a nationally recognised retail group
