You’ll play a key role in:
* Keeping high-speed production lines running smoothly
* Driving equipment reliability, uptime, and performance
* Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency projects
* Acting as a key technical expert within a highly automated shopfloor
If you enjoy working close to the action, troubleshooting complex equipment, and seeing immediate impact this is for you.
Technical Focus
* Responding quickly to breakdowns in a high-volume production environment
* Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on automated machinery
* Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and control faults
* Working closely with production teams to optimise machine performance and reduce downtime
* Supporting TPM and continuous improvement initiatives (downtime, OEE, efficiency)
* Managing spare parts and supporting cost control
* Keeping accurate maintenance records and driving follow-up actions
