Description About the role Cormac is seeking two proactive Administrative Assistants to join our team, providing vital support across our Fleet and Valet service areas. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient operations. You’ll be involved in a range of tasks including: Supporting services such as Pool Cars, Car Leasing, Valeting, Asset Replacement, Workshops, and Compliance Performing data entry and validation Creating and processing invoices Managing reception cover Assisting with the daily coordination of the corporate pool car scheme and/or valet services Creating reports and monitoring key business processes Raising and processing purchase orders and stock, You’ll use a range of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, our in-house Fleet Management system, and the Corporate Finance system. You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident using technology to manage and support administrative processes. Essential skills and experience: Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and digital Previous experience in an administrative role Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and sensitively Respect for confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media platforms Ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively Desirable experience: Experience with fleet management systems (e.g. Tranman, Masternaut) Familiarity with performance management tools (e.g. Power BI) Our offer to you Salary: £24,308 (pro rata) Working Hours: 25.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Base: This role is hybrid working from home and our office based in Redruth, Scorrier Closing Date: Midnight Monday 25 th August 2025 Working with us you will have an employee benefits package that includes: Generous pension scheme with employer contribution Employee discount scheme and wellbeing events Holiday starting at 23 days and increasing to 28 with service (pro-rata if part-time) with option to purchase additional, plus bank holidays Cycle to Work scheme Flexible working hours & home working options Investment and support in your continuous training and development Opportunity to become a Safeguarding Advocate, Health & Wellbeing Champion and Mental Health First Aider Safeguarding We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all our service users, clients and customers.
