Description About the role Cormac is seeking two proactive Administrative Assistants to join our team, providing vital support across our Fleet and Valet service areas. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient operations. You’ll be involved in a range of tasks including: Supporting services such as Pool Cars, Car Leasing, Valeting, Asset Replacement, Workshops, and Compliance Performing data entry and validation Creating and processing invoices Managing reception cover Assisting with the daily coordination of the corporate pool car scheme and/or valet services Creating reports and monitoring key business processes Raising and processing purchase orders and stock, You’ll use a range of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, our in-house Fleet Management system, and the Corporate Finance system.
