This role offers the opportunity to work on a therapy central to the company's growth strategy and has already transformed patient outcomes worldwide. As Hospital Commercial Manager, you will map key stakeholders and decision-makers within the local and regional health economy, secure commercial agreements, and work closely with hospital pharmacists and pharmacy teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Managers and Market Access colleagues to deliver a joined-up, customer-centric approach that supports therapy adoption, access, and differentiation through value-added services such as patient support programs. Key Responsibilities: Map key stakeholders and decision-makers within the local and regional health economy. Secure commercial agreements to support therapy adoption and access. Work collaboratively with Key Account Managers and Market Access colleagues to ensure a joined-up, customer-focused approach across accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital pharmacists, pharmacy teams, and other key stakeholders. Implement hospital-focused commercial strategies for immunology therapies. Differentiate the therapy through value-added services such as patient support programs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Support brand initiatives, promotional campaigns, and educational activities within hospitals. Requirements: Proven experience in hospital sales or commercial management, preferably in immunology or a related pharmaceutical area. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience working closely with hospital pharmacists and pharmacy teams. Understanding of market access processes and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional colleagues. Knowledge or experience in implementing patient support or other value-added programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and implement effective commercial strategies. Passion for delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients.
