Responsibilities
* Essential member of a Level 2 Social Worker team within a multi-disciplinary service focused on a customer‑centred approach.
* Develop and craft timely, proportionate and person‑centred assessments and reviews.
* Work with a supervisor to enable clients to live independently.
Qualifications & Experience
* Expertise in current legislation and guidance relating to vulnerable adults and health & social care legislation.
* Newly qualified social workers welcomed.
