Allwyn is looking for a Responsible Gaming Officer who will support implementing the Allwyn Responsible Gaming Strategy, associated programmes and research projects. This includes developing and monitoring responsible gaming policies, conducting research, drafting policy documents, coordinating training sessions, analysing industry trends and supporting data collection and reporting. Key activities and responsibilities: Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Responsible Gaming policies and initiatives. Conduct research on relevant regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and best practices related to responsible gaming. Draft clear, concise policy documents, reports, and internal communications on responsible gaming topics. Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for internal stakeholders on responsible gaming practices. Analyze industry trends and emerging issues related to responsible gaming, providing recommendations for improvements. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of responsible gaming programmes, identifying areas for improvement. Support data collection to support internal reporting and regulatory requirements. Administrative responsibilities to support the running of internal working groups, including minutes, meeting scheduling and agenda development. Contribute to the preparation of presentations, briefings, and policy updates for senior management. Stay up-to-date with developments in the gaming industry and related fields to ensure policies remain relevant and effective. What do you need to succeed: University degree in a relevant field (e.g., humanities, public policy, social sciences, law, etc.). Strong written communication skills in English, with an ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively. Background in the gaming industry, or other regulated industry, is desirable but not essential. Keen interest in social responsibility, behavioural science, consumer protection and policy development. Strong analytical and research abilities with the capacity to understand and interpret complex issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a global, multicultural setting within a fast-growing organization Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Passion for promoting ethical practices and social responsibility.
