DDA provides creative and insightful strategies, tailored campaign solutions, and a 'round-the-clock' service across all the agency's lines of business, which includes US and UK Film and Series Campaigns, Strategic Consumer and Corporate Communications, Influencer management, Social Media, Design, Creative Studio, International and Festival publicity, Live Event Production and Awards.

About You

As a Social Assistant you'll be expected to produce high-quality work on a variety of projects with the team and you'll be responsible for a number of tasks. The Social Assistant plays a vital role in the running of the brand accounts and you'll be in contact with the clients as and when

needed. You'll work with the Social Managers on the day-to-day running of the accounts and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest level. You will grow and develop quickly to take on

bigger projects and tasks to support the team further as your knowledge and skillset intensifies and

you will have a thirst to help to develop thumb-stopping campaigns.

This is a 6-month fixed-term placement, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Client Relationships

* Liaising with the client to help with their needs and queries
* Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
* Thinking about what you can do to further be proactive

Delivery

* Working with Account Managers and the rest of the team to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
* Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress
* Working on content plans before approval with best practice, grammatical and spelling accuracy and innovative content
* Provide content creation support for the team, leveraging tools like Canva to create engaging materials.
* Helping with the on-going analysis and reporting of social media and content work through frequent weekly, monthly, yearly, per campaign and ad-hoc detailed reports
* Ability to pull ad-hoc social listening reports when needed by the client
* Updating the team on social media news, trends and innovative campaigns
* Ensuring your work is checked and sent to the client on time and to the highest level
* You will take on smaller projects, which you will manage end to end with the support of more experienced colleagues
* Assisting with the influencer marketing strategy for the account through in-depth influencer knowledge and campaign best practice and ideation
* Community management & engagement with followers
* Providing the best possible work for your line manager (SAM) at all times

Skills & Experience

* Good spoken and written communication skills
* Up to 1 year experience in social media and influencer marketing
* Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects
* A team player but also able to work independently
* Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Pro-active & intuitive
* Creative and social first mind-set
* Expert knowledge in social best practice
* A passion for learning, and getting under the skin of client businesses to give them the best possible outcomes
* Good influencer knowledge with a strong interest in the latest campaigns and trends
* Good analytical skills and can pull out key learnings and trends for reporting
