Are you a people person with a knack for organisation and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We're on the lookout for a Showroom Host / Sales Administrator to become a key part of our dealership
What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming Customers – Be the friendly face that greets every visitor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Providing an Exceptional Experience – Assist customers with initial inquiries and direct them to the right team member.
Supporting the Sales Team – Help process customer orders, handle vehicle registrations, and manage pre-delivery tasks like taxing vehicles.
Keeping Things Running Smoothly – Act as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication across the team.
What We're Looking For:
· A background in customer service and administration with a keen eye for detail.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you can build rapport effortlessly.
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hitting clear objectives.
· A team player with a proactive mindset who's eager to learn and grow.
· A full UK driving licence (no more than 7 points) is essential.

This position is offered on a 40 hour week Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm basis (1 hour unpaid break per day). In return we offer a salary of £28,500 plus benefits including 23-27 days holiday, Birthday Leave, enhanced Maternity / Paternity Pay, Life Assurance, Contributory Pension Scheme and Healthcare Cash Plan.
