An Exciting and Rewarding Part time Job for a Versatile Pro-active Person. We are an Established forward thinking Farming Business with a number of different Enterprises (Primarily Commercial Property & Caravan Storage). Located on our own Semi-Rural Business Park approximately 3 miles from Braintree and 8 mile Chelmsford. A busy and demanding job within a small family office. We let and manage all aspects of our own property portfolio, caravan storage and farming enterprises in house and therefore knowledge/experience of property/farming/caravans would be useful. We are seeking an Administrator to support the Directors as well as work on their own initiative in a varied role, mainly covering the following:- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt it skills for other Bespoke Programs used. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work on their own initiative and be proactive Excellent communication skills Good Problem solver Flexible multitasking individual, with good time management Invoicing Filing Manage diaries key dates Must have had at least 10 years Expereince in a Similar Role. Working in a small office environment would be valuable. Good telephone manner This role is for 2 days a week (Thursday & Friday). 9 4pm. Availability for Holiday/Illness Cover is required. Non Smoking Office Semi- Rural Location, so own car would be advantageous. Working in a small office environment would be valuable.
