Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven professional to lead international sales growth across global markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing export strategies, managing distributor and key account relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and expanding the company’s international presence. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with market development expertise to drive revenue and profitability.

Job Responsibilities
International Sales & Market Development
* Identify, evaluate, and priorities new export markets and growth opportunities.
* Execute country-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
* Continuous communication with customers to understand customer needs, competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory requirements.
Customer & Partner Management
* Manage international distributors, agents, and key accounts both within and outside the Agrimatco Group.
* Follow the company's business plan and sales forecast closely with all customers to ensure we meet all sales targets. Liaising with customers to ensure forecasted sales happen on time and we can meet monthly targets.
* Provide product information, commercial support, and joint marketing initiatives to strengthen partner performance.
* Business development with existing and new customers.
Commercial Negotiation & Contracting
* Negotiations with customers and suppliers on pricing, commercial terms, and long-term agreements.
* Negotiations with freight forwarders to get freight quotes and building these into sales quotations to customers, then subsequently converting to an actual ‘order’ for freight service when sales order is to be shipped
* Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals aligned with company policies.
* Generation of proforma invoices, purchase orders, sales invoices, & sales contracts.
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Travel & Representation
* Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits.
* Conduct local and overseas travel where necessary and in accordance to the approved budget travel plan, to strengthen relationships and support market development.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in export sales or international markets.
* Experience in B2B or distributor-based sales models is preferred.
* Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and global trade compliance.
* Additional languages are an advantage.
