As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Enterprise Technology - Engineering Platforms team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Job responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
2. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
4. Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
5. Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
6. 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
7. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
8. Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
9. Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
10. Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
11. Strong track record in project/program management capacity, including a strong grasp of various technologies
12. Experiences practitioner of agile and lean practices drawing on experience of established frameworks and able to adapt them to meet program needs
13. Experience in communicating and managing senior level stakeholders. Able to shape your message to suit your audience’s needs using excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
14. Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; ability to synthesize and summarize complex data to drive decision making
15. Experience of working with financial / fintech organisation strongly beneficial
