CENTRE MANAGER The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall running of the centre. They will lead the centre team and manage the relationship with the host site to ensure our guests have the best possible experience. You will ensure all areas of your centre are operating in accordance with company policies & procedures, support your leadership team in the running of their departments and take accountability for the performance of your centre. Your main duties will include: Ensure the overall smooth running of our courses and will maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Behave in accordance with Ardmore’s values & beliefs, acting as a role model for the business to all stakeholders Maintain an excellent and positive relationship with the host school/college staff, group leaders and staff team. Lead, work closely with and professionally develop the centre leadership team to deliver an excellent and efficient programme. As part of this they will deliver inductions, observations and appraisals to the managers and wider team. Work closely with your Operations Executive & Head of Operations, sharing information and updates regularly. Responsible for opening, setting up and closure of the centre. Responsible for student behavior and for the security and safety of students, group leaders and staff at all times. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time Champion compliance, with particular care for H&S and safeguarding policies and procedures. Essential Criteria: Proven Leadership experience or qualifications. Strong organizational, IT & administrative skills Exceptional Customer Service skills. Resilient with a solution focused approach when problem solving. High Level of Professionalism & Trustworthiness Ability to create and sustain working relationships with a host of internal & external stakeholders. Eligible to work in the UK and 18 years old or over. Desirable Criteria: Previous summer school experience at Managerial level. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Experience with managing & controlling budgets. Hold a valid First Aid Certificate. Valid DBS and/or Overseas Police Checks (Ardmore can assist with this).
