Experience & Skills Required
* This is not an HR internal role, it is a business development and client facing solution role, involving external projects.
* Close to 10 years of experience in Leadership & Culture projects, at least 3-5 years in recent consulting roles.
* Significant client management and business development experience or sales.
* Consulting experience, ideally in leadership & culture solutions services.
* Proven record of working within a global organization.
* Design & delivery: Design, deliver, and implement impactful, consulting programs within large-scale transformation Leadership & Culture projects.
* Experience in some/all of the following Leadership & Culture service solutions offerings: Team effectiveness; Culture change; Leadership development; Leadership/Executive Coaching and Advisory; Talent transformation; Workshop design and facilitation.
* Preferred but not a requirement: University degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field or equivalent levels of skill and knowledge.
