As a specialist in the Kitchens, Bedrooms, and Bathrooms (KBB) sector, we are proud to be a market leader and award-winning consultancy with a reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client brief to candidate placement. Build and maintain strong client relationships within the KBB, Merchant and home interiors sector. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements. Manage a portfolio of vacancies and effectively market candidates to clients. Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment (must be permanent, not temporary recruitment), ideally within sales, construction, retail, or a similar professional sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and self-motivated approach to business development. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of the KBB sector is advantageous but not essential. What We Offer: Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience).
