We're looking for a Assistant Reservations Manager. to lead our reservations department and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do: Lead the Department: Oversee the reservations department, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of all reservations. Maximize Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Guide the Team: Manage a team of reservation agents, providing training and guidance as needed. Deliver Excellence: Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times. Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and cancellations. Coordinate Efforts: Liaise with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to reservations. Report Progress: Prepare regular reports on reservations and revenue for senior management. Analyze Data: Identify trends and patterns in reservation data and implement strategies to address any issues. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
