Role Overview
Data Product Manager leading strategic direction for data‑driven products, defining vision, market positioning, and competitive edge. Works closely with cross‑functional teams (marketing, engineering, operations, and sales) to align product strategy and delivery. Uses data insights and market research to make informed decisions, prioritise features and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Define product strategy that aligns with business vision and drives growth.
* Lead cross‑functional alignment and communication across teams.
* Oversee product risk management and develop mitigation strategies.
* Own the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring efficient processes and on‑time delivery.
* Deliver clear objectives and key outcomes aligned with business goals, financial targets and strategic vision.
* Monitor product performance using data‑driven analysis and adjust strategies to optimise outcomes.
* Apply a customer‑first approach, integrating customer insights, feedback and pain points into the product strategy.
* Apply business and financial acumen to make pricing, cost and ROI decisions.
Required Qualifications
* Experience in data product management.
* Experience with platform, user‑centered design, and digital transformation.
* Strong market understanding and tooling experience.
* Ability to assess risk, controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital technology.
