As a leading global manufacturer of specialist coated products, we have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager – Labelstock South.
Salary: Commensurate with skills and experience plus an excellent benefits package (car allowance, pension, profit-related pay, shareholder bonus, etc.).
Job Purpose
* To generate new business through the sale of new and existing Labelstock products.
* Develop sales into new markets through strategic alliances with customers and channel partners.
* Maintain existing core business with established partners through robust account management.
Key Tasks
* Deliver the budgeted volumes, revenue, and margin for the defined territories/customer portfolio.
* Achieve sales targets at strategic development accounts.
* Maintain accurate monthly sales forecasts in line with company processes.
* Contribute to annual budgeting and strategy review.
* Achieve budgeted value sales through existing and new product development.
* Identify current and future market opportunities and product solutions for new product development.
* Educate technical and product development teams on customer and market requirements.
* Provide timely reports and analysis related to customer contacts.
* Stay informed on competitor activity and market developments, updating CRM/Market Maps accordingly.
