We are exclusively representing a well-established UK organisation seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join its finance function. This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal role, working in a dynamic environment on complex, high-value projects that require both strong technical expertise and commercial judgement. You will work closely with senior leadership, investors and external partners, providing robust financial control, insightful reporting and strategic support across a diverse portfolio of live and completed projects. The Role This position plays a key role in ensuring strong financial governance, high quality reporting and regulatory compliance, while supporting investment performance and decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, budgets and forecasts Cashflow forecasting, treasury management and payment runs Production of financial statements, investor reporting packs and project performance analysis Investment valuations and fair value assessments Ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS and statutory reporting requirements Supporting tax compliance (VAT/CIS) and audit processes Partnering with senior stakeholders to interpret and present financial information Mentoring junior members of the finance team About You You will be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys operating in a fast-moving, investment-focused environment. You will ideally be: 2–5 years PQE Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP & IFRS) Proven ability to interpret, communicate and present financial data, not just produce it Advanced Excel and strong IT skills (experience with ERP systems beneficial) Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners Advantageous Experience working with complex projects or multi-entity structures Working Pattern & Benefits Office based 3 days per week Flexible start/finish times (standard 9:00–5:30) Contributory pension (6–8%) Private healthcare 25 days holiday bank holidays (rising with service) If you'd like to apply for this role, please send your CV to.
