📍 Location: London (E1)

🖥 Hybrid working as standard: 2 days a week in the office, the other 3 days remote (or office if you prefer).

The role balances hands‑on IT operations with information security, protecting data while keeping teams productive.

Our Mission

* Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚


The Opportunity

* Leading ISO compliance activities, audits and security documentation.
* Developing and delivering security awareness training and guidance to staff.
* Leading the response to all internal IT and corporate security incidents.
* Managing security reviews and compliance for all third‑party vendors.
* Handling external security audit requests and customer due diligence.
* Managing employee hardware procurement, deployment and security. We have a mixture of devices including Chromebooks, Windows, Linux and Mac.


What We Need From You

* You have hands‑on experience managing corporate IT infrastructure and security.
* You have experience developing security policies and conducting company‑wide security training.
* You have maintained ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks previously.
* You are proficient in the management and administration of Google Workspace.
* You can manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external auditors.
* You are comfortable balancing operational IT support with strategic security work.
* You are pragmatic about security, protecting the business without hindering productivity.
