What you will do: Represent the Trust in all aspects of the Safeguarding Adults and Children's Board activity and their associated delivery groups. Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training programmes for safeguarding adults and children across the organisation. Produce and present high-quality assurance reports at Trust Board level, including action plans, risk management, and audit data. Continue to drive progress and participate in the One Integration Project for Health Services Safeguarding across the County Integrated Care System. Lead and manage PREVENT related work within the Trust to ensure robust safeguarding measures. Collaborate across departments, representing the team and driving continuous improvement in safeguarding processes. Qualifications / Requirements / Person Specification: HCPC registration is essential. A valid driving licence is required, as travel within Gloucester is essential.
