Were seeking an energetic and ambitious leader to head up our Sales Department and play a cornerstone role in our continued expansion.
As Head of Sales, youll be part of the Senior Leadership Team from day one, shaping strategy while driving growth through both personal sales activity and team leadership. Who Were Looking For
Ideally, youre already leading a sales department within a business aviation brokerage and are looking for your next challenge in a more entrepreneurial, fast-growing environment. We will also consider candidates with strong leadership and sales backgrounds from operators or other relevant client-facing aviation roles.
General Requirements
Based in London (relocation support considered).
Hybrid role with majority of time spent in the office.
3+ years specific experience in private aviation sales.
Proven success in business development, team leadership, and delivering results.
Preferably an existing Head, Manager, or Team Leader within charter broking sales.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development (c.75%)
Prospecting, winning, and managing client accounts.
Delivering an annual gross margin target of at least £150k in the first year.
Leadership & Management (c.25%)
Leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team of brokers.
Shaping sales strategy in alignment with company growth plans.
Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team to influence wider business strategy.
