They are currently looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for leading their commercial strategy across the QSR and Foodservice channels. This is a pivotal leadership role in a high:growth environment which is perfect for someone who combines strategic vision with hands:on hustle.
This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong experience selling into QSR chains, foodservice distributors, or national restaurant groups.

Responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute the companys sales and commercial strategy for the QSR channel
* Manage and grow relationships with major QSR customers and national accounts
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with restaurant chains and foodservice operators
* Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to deliver revenue targets
* Collaborate with NPD, marketing, and operations to bring new products to market
* Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and long:term supply contracts
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
* Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings
The Ideal Head of Sales Candidate:
* Proven sales experience in FMCG, ideally within food and drink.
* Thrive at winning new business.
* Strong understanding of the QSR and Foodservice channels, with a healthy network of contacts.
* Strong track record of winning, managing, and growing key accounts.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Collaborative, energetic, and hands:on approach : willing to roll up your sleeves.
