Payroll Administrator Dromore, Co. Down A well-established Steel Fabrication Company is recruiting a Payroll Administrator, to join their office support team. Seeking candidates with a strong accounting background and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to support office and payroll functions working in close collaboration with commercial and project managers. Based in County Down, our Client is renowned for their expertise in both design and fabrication of metalwork and pipe welding. They have secured a creditable reputation on projects such as London Cross Rail, Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects, Marine, Education, Residential and Healthcare, Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects and Marine specialising in wide array of architectural, access and miscellaneous metalwork packages, such as feature staircases, handrailing and balustrading, access walkways, platforms, balcony balustrading and structural steel. Due to this on-going success, they are looking to strengthen their Accounts Team with the appointment of a Payroll Administrator. As Payroll Administrator your duties will include the following: Receipt and processing of weekly timesheets from online workforce management system. Process weekly payroll and post to Sage and bank Raise and post journals to Sage Projects Raise and post all Subcontractor Invoices and post to Sage and Bank Maintain CIS register and post monthly payment to HMRC and bank Reconcile monthly P32 statement and payments Assist with the upkeep of client and project registers Maintain online workforce management records Assist with Year End processing To be considered for the role you will have: Proven experience in similar Payroll Administrator role. Proficiency in Sage (or similar) packages and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
