Role Overview
As Sales Leader (Internal), you will lead a team of internal sales consultants, ensuring daily KPIs are met while driving the growth of client accounts. You will combine team leadership, sales strategy, and operational oversight to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage an internal sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
2. Build, maintain, and grow relationships with recruitment agency clients
3. Oversee daily internal sales activity, ensuring high-volume calls and enquiries
4. Maintain accurate client and consultant data in CRM systems
5. Set team objectives aligned with business growth and sales strategy
