Kentec Electronics Ltd, a major worldwide manufacturer of independent fire control panels, is seeking a Trainee Assembly Operator to join their team in the PCB Department. The company has expanded over the last 40 years and is known for its top-quality products, outstanding service, and exceptional support.
The role will involve operating the wave solder machine to ensure high-quality products are manufactured. Responsibilities include:
* Operating Machinery
* Setting Machinery
* Maintaining Machinery
* Handling PCB's
* Meeting specific departmental and company targets
* Inspecting and finishing product prior to passing to the next process
* Following systems, procedures, and regulations, including Health & Safety, Housekeeping, Work Instructions, 5S, and Quality
Requirements and skills:
* Computer literate and basic mathematics
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
* Experience using similar machinery is preferable
* Understanding mechanical drawings/artwork is preferable
* Full training will be provided
