Data Coordinator

Are you someone who is confident handing excel spreadsheets, enjoys working with data and has a high level of accuracy. We currently have a great opportunity for a Data Coordinator to join our production team responsible for creating Bills of Materials (BOMs), compiling reports to be used in our manufacturing process and providing information for our purchasing requirements.
The Role:
* Input and maintenance of new and existing product data on ERP system.
* Understand the materials flow procedure and process high volume product itinerary accurately.
* Flag anomalies identified, liaising with data providers and suppliers for missing data and rectify.
* Resolving queries and answering questions in regard to the data being handled and ensuring correct flow of information to requesting parties.
* Filing and keeping accurate up to date data records.
* Producing various reports for circulation to management teams.
* Close liaison with internal and external customers, including production and suppliers.
The Person:
* Previous experience within a similar data management role
* Previous experience of a manufacturing environment.
* Strong analytical skills and good understanding of database input and reporting.
* Logical thinker with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong IT skills using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
* Ability to work with engineering drawings.
