Document Controller
Temp Role based in Harlow
Must have experience with at least 4 projects
My client is a contractor based in New Harlow, looking for a new Document Controller.
The vacancy is to start immediately.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience within the construction industry is required.
* Maintain document control filing and archiving in accordance with company procedures.
* Check the validity of documents according to the Document Numbering System.
* Record documents in the company database, organize dispatch, and collect comments.
* Provide full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, and managing diaries.
* Offer administrative support to the team and provide comprehensive departmental support as required.
* Coordinate with other companies and sites.
* Various other duties will be included on a day-to-day basis.
