Our client is a Commercial / Residential Lettings property company who have been established for many years and deal with Residential, Commercial and Student Lettings over a number of offices in Kent.
Due to business needs they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their existing team.
Role: Commercial Property Manger - Hybrid working
Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm / Monday - Friday or 4 Days Per Week would be considered.
Salary: 35000

Overview of Role:
As a Commercial Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties for a range of clients. Maintaining and developing client contact, dealing with all aspects of the day to day management of the properties, including overseeing rent collection, accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, service charges and landlord and tenant matters, etc
Summary of Duties:
* Overseeing rent collection and dealing with arrears with assistance from credit control team
* Dealing with applications for licences to underlet, assign or alter
* Management of incoming and vacating tenants, etc
* Preparing service charge budgets
* Reporting to clients
Suitable Candidate:
* Proven track record in commercial property management
* MRICS Qualification desirable, but not essential
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle
