Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and well-structured Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering Biology, Chemistry and Physics at a general level. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and enthusiasm for Science. Contribute to departmental planning and school initiatives to enhance the Science curriculum. Support the development of students’ practical skills and scientific thinking through hands-on activities and experiments. Engage in ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities offered by the school. Uphold the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). A degree in a relevant Science subject. A strong understanding of the secondary Science curriculum (KS3–KS4). Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners. Strong communication and organisational skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and inclusive education.
