Our client a leading financial services firm are hiring a Solace Messaging Administrator to join a high-performing team powering real-time data flow across enterprise systems. This is a hands-on role with wide scope covering production support, system tuning, and performance monitoring across cloud and on-prem environments.What Youll Be Doing:Managing and supporting Solace PubSub+ appliances and software brokers across cloud and on-prem platformsResponding to production incidents and working on root cause analysis and long-term fixesMonitoring system health and performance with Prometheus, Grafana, and custom dashboardsOptimising Solace across WAN environments for secure, low-latency message deliveryPartnering with development and support teams to troubleshoot integration and message flow issuesDriving capacity planning and performance tuning to stay ahead of demandAutomating routine tasks to streamline operations and reduce manual overheadSupporting compliance efforts, including security audits and vulnerability remediationMaintaining clear, up-to-date documentation for operational continuityWhat Were Looking For:3+ years hands-on experience with Solace PubSub+ in a production environmentStrong knowledge of WAN-based distributed systems and networking fundamentalsExperience with Prometheus and Grafana for observability and alertingConfident in Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)Excellent problem-solving instincts and attention to detailStrong communicator who works well across technical teamsBonus Points If You Have:Familiarity with Docker/KubernetesExperience with other messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or MQExposure to DevOps pipelines and CI/CD toolsExperience deploying in AWS, Azure, or GCPTPBN1_UKTJ
