Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, loyal, and proactive Assistant to the General Manager/ Director to serve as a key internal support pillar for our growing operations. Responsibilities
* Direct Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the General Manager/ Director, including schedule management, project coordination, and the preparation of high-level documents.
* Compliance Management: Serve as the Level 1 User for the company's sponsor licence, maintaining the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) and ensuring all regulatory records are impeccable.
* Business Research & Development: Conduct detailed research and assist in the creation and review of project materials, syllabi, and internal documentation.
* Operational Logistics: Oversee general office administration and internal workflows to ensure seamless daily operations across associated companies under the same management.
* Recruitment Coordination: Assist the General Manager/ Director with the logistical aspects of hiring, including reviewing candidate qualifications and coordinating interview schedules.
* General Ad-hoc Support: Adopt a "one-team" approach by assisting with any internal tasks or projects as assigned by the General Manager/Director to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
* Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or as a personal assistant with a strong understanding of clerical procedures.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signatures.
* Citizenship/Status: Must be a British Citizen/Settled Worker, as required for the Home Office Sponsor Licence Level 1 User role.
* Education: A Bachelor's degree is required (Business, Education, or related field)
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years in business administration, project coordination, or a high-level support role.
* Cantonese or Mandarin: Proficiency in at least one is required; fluency in both is a significant advantage for internal communication.
