Are you a Registered Paediatric Nurse with expertise in complex care? We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a respected provider of specialist paediatric complex care services in the Crawley area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse looking to transition into a community-based role, while leading and shaping the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care for children with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead Nurse:
* Lead the implementation and oversight of complex care packages in the community
* Complete clinical assessments for new clients and ongoing care reviews
* Deliver clinical supervision, training, and competency assessments for nursing staff
* Conduct medication and compliance audits to ensure safe, high-standard care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care plans
* Provide both routine and emergency clinical support to regional care teams

Requirements for the Clinical Lead Nurse Role:
* NMC-registered Paediatric Nurse (RCN)
* Strong background in complex paediatric care (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilation, brain or spinal injuries)
* Previous community care experience preferred
* Confident in leading clinical teams and managing care delivery across multiple cases
