What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on project management experience in a business or operations environment
Track record of delivering internal or customer-facing projects with measurable impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—including direct customer interaction
Strong delivery mindset with attention to detail and ownership
Skilled at defining and tracking success criteria, KPIs, and ROI
Confident presenting project updates and reports to senior leadership
Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. (url removed), Jira etc)
Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
PM certification (e.g. Prince2, PMP, AgilePM) is desirable but not essential
The finer elements of the role include:
Own the end-to-end delivery of key internal business projects
Define clear project scope, objectives, success criteria, and KPIs upfront
Engage with internal and external stakeholders—including customers—to gather input, manage expectations, and validate outcomes
Build and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and timelines
Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure accurate, timely reporting on progress, blockers, and performance metrics to the Senior Management Team (SMT)
Deliver high-quality documentation, including status updates, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews
Coordinate cross-functional resources, managing priorities and dependencies
Ensure training, handovers, and adoption plans are in place post-delivery
Support a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
