Supply Teacher - Secondary School - Wellingborough Area
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible

Salary: £100-£120 per day (depending on experience)
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work in supportive and inclusive secondary schools across the Wellingborough area. The Role:
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and key stages
2. Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher
3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow school policies
4. Provide feedback to staff on pupil progress and classroom activity
5. Work across a variety of schools, gaining valuable experience and flexibility
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. Strong classroom management and communication skills
8. A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
9. The ability to adapt quickly to new classroom environments
10. A passion for education and supporting student learning
