Our service brings together a dedicated team delivering Children's Community Specialist Health Services, including Community Nursing, Children's Therapies, and Community Paediatrics. * Acting as a role model and mentor, supporting colleagues, students, and new starters through guidance, supervision, and preceptorship.

* Participating in early help and safeguarding initiatives, ensuring the wellbeing and protection of vulnerable children.

* Leading or contributing to parent education groups on topics such as child development, managing common illnesses, and promoting healthy lifestyles.

* Benefiting from regular safeguarding supervision and ongoing professional development, supported by our dedicated Practice Education Team.
