Have you just completed your BSc within Building Surveying and are looking to kick start your Career with APC support?
Zodiac Recruitment are working with an independent building surveying consultancy who are looking to appoint a Graduate to their growing team. My client specialise within residential, commercial and educational buildings.
Your day to day duties will be covering the following:-
Full building and structural surveys Expert witness Dilapidations Boundary Disputes Insurance claims Party wall matters Contract Administration Services As mentioned for the successful candidate you will have the APC support to become chartered MRICS whilst being offered a flexible salary and package.
To be considered for this role you must have completed or due to complete your BSc within Building Surveying. You must also be local to the Hertfordshire area.
