A fast-growing B2B manufacturing business is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop its sales function across multiple product lines. This is a newly created, high-impact role, ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on driving growth, using data to inform decisions, and building high-performing teams. Following the recent rollout of HubSpot CRM, this role offers a strong opportunity to leverage data and insights to improve sales performance, strengthen competitive advantage, and deliver measurable revenue growth. Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director Works closely with: Managing Director Role Overview As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing the commercial sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence. You will manage, coach, and motivate a sales team of six, fostering a performance-driven, data-led culture focused on continuous improvement. You will use HubSpot CRM as a core tool to manage the sales pipeline, improve conversion rates, and embed best-practice sales processes. In addition to managing the team, you will remain hands-onmanaging key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Sales Management & Team Development Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, driving accountability and results. Implement structured sales management routines, including one-to-ones, performance reviews, and KPI tracking. Ensure consistent and effective use of HubSpot CRM across the team. Lead by example by contributing to sales targets while supporting the team to exceed objectives. Sales Performance, Reporting & Insights Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and forecasting using HubSpot dashboards. Analyse sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide clear, accurate sales reporting and insights to senior leadership. Sales & Marketing Collaboration Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to optimise lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to defining target markets, customer profiles, and value propositions. Support the conversion of marketing-generated leads into new business wins. Customer & Market Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Identify and deliver opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion. Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Qualifications & Experience Essential Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within B2B manufacturing or related sectors. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Solid commercial understanding, including pricing and market analysis. Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM or comparable CRM platforms. Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action. Desirable Experience with advanced CRM analytics or AI-enabled sales tools. Background in aligning sales activity with marketing initiatives. Knowledge of industrial, flooring, or hygiene product markets. Why Join?
