Job type: Live-in
Start: Immediate start available
Location: BN23 (East Sussex)
Rota: 2 weeks live-in at a time, followed by 2-week rest period. After a 1-week rest, you can work with another client for 1 week or join the Standby rota (work from home).
Pay rate: £142.07 per day.
Travel allowance: Competitive per placement.
Food allowance: Competitive per day, if applicable.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and daily living activities.
* Support with spinal injury care and encourage independence.
* Observe and record the client’s health status.
* Ensure the client’s safety and well‑being.
* Arrange transportation for appointments, outings, and travel when required.
* Maintain client confidentiality.
* Notify client of changes in medications.
Requirements
* Complete the online application form.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS check or online sign‑up.

Training & Support
Paragon provides full training before you start, including e‑Learning and in‑person sessions. No previous experience with spinal care is needed.

A gentleman who has sustained a spinal cord injury several years ago and lives independently in a flat in East Sussex BN23. He enjoys staying out and about, including hydrotherapy sessions or strolls to the boardwalk. The client is very organised and expects a calm, well‑arranged environment.
