Private Family Legal Director / Partner - Birmingham -Top Legal 100 Law Firm
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working – 2/3 Days in Office per Week)

Are you a senior family law specialist with a strong background in high-value, privately funded matters? A leading Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced Legal Director or Partner to join its highly regarded Private Family team.
This role has been created to support continued growth and strategic investment in the firm’s Family Law offering, and my client has specifically identified you as someone they are keen to speak with.
The Role
You will take on a caseload of complex, high-net-worth private family law work including:
* High-value Divorce and Financial Settlements
* Dissolution of Civil Partnerships
* Living Together and Separation Agreements
* Pre-nuptial and Post-nuptial Agreements
* Asset protection for business owners and high-profile individuals
As a senior member of the team, you will also:
* Take a strategic role in business development and team leadership
* Mentor junior lawyers and help drive continued growth
* Enjoy autonomy while being fully supported by a Legal 100 infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 8+ years’ PQE in private family law
* Extensive experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and complex financial matters
* A strategic, commercial mindset and strong client care ethic
* Existing following or strong referral networks welcome but not essential
* Either already operating at Partner level or ready to step into the role
