A high-achieving yet inclusive primary school in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a compassionate and skilled EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs within its Early Years provision.

The Role
You will support children in Nursery or Reception with a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social and emotional needs. Your work will focus on helping children to engage with learning, develop confidence, and build essential early skills.
Support will be delivered through:
* 1:1 SEN support
* Small-group interventions
* In-class support during play and learning activities
Key Responsibilities
* Implement SEN strategies and interventions
* Support access to the EYFS curriculum
* Promote communication, interaction, and independence
* Use visual supports and structured routines
* Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Assist with personal care where required
* Observe and record progress
* Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and external professionals
* Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures
Person Specification

* Has experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in EYFS
