Our Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for providing a warm and genuine welcome to our guests, delivering an exceptional standard of service and a memorable customer experience, and continually leading and inspiring the front of house team to do the same.

* Role: Food & Beverage Supervisor
* Salary: £13.45 p/h
* Hours of Work: 40 hrs weekly
* Location: Slough, England SL1 2YE, United Kingdom
What we are looking for
* Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Head Waiter/Waitress within a fast‑paced restaurant or Hotel restaurant environment
* Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
* Creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
* Lead by example in the operation and support the food and beverage team
* Have a confident and outgoing personality
* Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers
* Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (cash, card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines
* Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly
* Managing day‑to‑day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and contributing to setting performance and development goals for team members
* Ensuring the team deliver on quality and guest satisfaction goals – making sure you all maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
* Making sure food and drinks are secure and stored safely – always keeping stocks replenished and minimising waste
