REF 052 – NURSING HOME MANAGER – NEW FOREST AREA - £UP TO 75K BASE SALARY + BONUS – GOOD RATED AND WELL ESTABLISHED CARE AND NURSING HOME
Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across England.
This provider is seeking a Home Manager for a well-established, purpose-built and Good rated care and nursing home in the New Forest area.
The Home Manager in the New Forest will:
* Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
* Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
* Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
* Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.
The Home Manager in the New Forest will need to have:
* Experience of leading nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification and ideally nurse qualified though not essential.
* Effective communication and IT skills.
* Experience of developing large care and nursing home settings and holding registration.
